You’re no longer twenty, and yet you may still be eating and living like you are.
Your hormones have shifted. You’re tired from years of dieting, restriction, and never quite feeling allowed to nourish yourself fully. You’re carrying the weight of your career, your marriage, your family — or the weight of the decision: kids or career? Both? Neither?
You feel heavier, physically and emotionally.
Blood sugar swings affect your patience. What you eat impacts your libido and how you show up in intimacy. Guilt around resting, eating, or not doing enough keeps you withdrawn and invisible.
Your hormones are shifting your mood, your thinking, and your sense of authority. Your nervous system has been in overdrive for years, and it’s running every action you take and don’t take: the fear, the judgment, the feeling that you don’t quite belong or don’t quite have the right to be here. You push through because you think you don’t have a choice. But deep down, you know you don’t feel like yourself anymore.

Most people only address one piece. That’s why the change doesn’t stick.
They fix the mindset but ignore the body. They change the nutrition but don’t rewire the beliefs. You can’t mindset your way out of a body that’s been living in survival. You can’t move forward while old beliefs are still organising what feels safe, possible, or deserved.
This is where my work differs. I combine subconscious work with functional nutrition, so you get practical tools to support both the body and the mind through life transitions.
Not one or the other. Both. Because lasting change requires both.
My story
I was exceptionally good at doing the thing.
Collecting qualifications. Investing in expensive mentors. Chasing the next programme, convinced this one would finally be it.
If anything, I became more qualified, more analytical, more self-aware.
And more stuck.
I genuinely believed there had to be another answer. Another protocol. Another supplement. Another framework that would finally give me my energy back and make everything click.
Instead, I found myself building a life that looked successful from the outside, while quietly feeling heavier to live from the inside.
The business grew.
Life moved forward.
But so did the friction.
Not because I lacked knowledge. I was incredibly educated about my problems.
But because the patterns running my life were older than my ambition, and my body was carrying the cost of them.
Everything changed when I stopped asking, "How do I fix myself?" and started asking, "What is this trying to protect me from?"
When I stopped collecting more information and started tuning inwards.
When I gave myself permission to let go of the version of me that had worked so hard to earn her place by carrying everything, staying in a survival.
That's when things started moving.
Not overnight.
But steadily.
My energy came back tenfold.
Decisions became easier, clearer.
Work stopped feeling like something I had to push uphill.
And most importantly, I stopped building a life fuelled by adrenaline and started building one fuelled by grounded energy.

Before we start: pre-programme questionnaire, lifestyle audit, and targeted prep tasks.
Initial deep-dive: 90 minutes for a full assessment of the patterns, blind spots, beliefs, body stress, values, standards, lifestyle, nutrition, and environment currently shaping your life.
Your private programme then continues through either an 8-week intensive or a 12-week programme, with coaching, functional nutrition support, structured integration, and a final roadmap for what comes next.
